Defeating the Writer
There’s a lot of writing terms out their regarding ‘death of the author’ but, while he might not be specifically Unicorn’s author, this is still taking that term to the extreme.

It looks like Akina is going to be the Avatar for Marisa in someway it seems. Akina is going to have to go visit some demons to get that blade repaired me-thinks.
Ok if she was not fading away. That first panel will be sort of sweet with the way Marisa is resting her head on Akina like that.
Beside that I like how Ohm point out of them running out of Marisa that can maybe beat the Boundman and his master. I now it more for story telling reason but I like to think it all so do to that most path and other commission of her are not really that of a master fighter. At most she have some self defense skills. So yeah I like to think there was really not that many to begin with.
