Well I was right that Lady Deloche was this lady. I do love how happy and sweet she seem here as well. I can see why in the old style Roya end up becoming her. Have that warm character feel to them. With a bit of air head to her as well. Got a laugh at the “old tome or digital blog ” line.
All so love her nice comment about the Dou being more capable then they think. All around nice lady.
Reminds me of one of the odd Roya variant.
