Story wise there are so many question for what going on here. Is this simple her imagination giving form, the main character is far more then she or he seem(had a great power seal in at birth, the daughter of the best lorecrafter, experiment of crossing a lorecrafter and a written..ect) . After writing that maybe this is some thing normal for all or at lest the best lorecrafter.
No matter what I dont think we get any answers soon but that the best part of a story setting down to keep reading to see what happen next(from a one piece fan)

The clown thing is a bit scary, considering who is also a clown. Still lets see what her inspiration really is. From the looks of it, superhero-kaiju?
