Yeeaahhh from what we have seen of the Professor , I dont think that was a imitation. More likely there was a Marisa that was more or lest in one piece after Boundman did it work, Isaiah thought to have some fun.
Beside that thought I really like that second to last panel. Marisa having Isaiah’s monocle is a cool touch to show he the one talking though her.

It seems his monocle is how he projects himself through his creations. Considering it appeared on the drider when he started talking to Paige
