oh fudge. I remember this guy. The crooked man . Flinger cross that he not that bad of a guy, I mean the Nightfalls have been all over the place in the good or evil line up of late.
Beside that nice page for background on thing. Not shock to see Summer this time. With ever thing been going on in this path, I would been more shock if she did not show up at some point.
On one hand, like OverlordofBoars declared, the Nightfalls are a rather a chaotic nature when it comes to their ethics and morals. On the other hand, the fact that this guy kinda looks like a certain vile imp want me to be very caution with dealing with him. Probably a good chance it might just be nothing, and he might be an okay person, but it still would be safer to be wary.
